The Beginning of a Deck

I didn’t set out to make an oracle deck. I set out to remember. To connect. To feel something ancient move through my hands. This project began with a stack of my great-grandmother’s photos, a season of stillness, and a deep desire to make something magical and emotionally honest. I’ve always been drawn to the stories hidden in everyday objects—and over time, I realized I could combine ancestral imagery, mixed media collage, and intuitive messages to create something sacred: Threads of Light and Time Oracle- A Tapestry of Memory, Nature, and Inner Knowing.

What the Deck Is (and isn’t)

The deck will have 48 cards—12 for each season—each one a blend of color, texture, emotion, and memory. It’s not just a tool for divination. It’s a quiet companion. A visual poem. A way to feel your way through the cycles of life.

An invitation

This blog will be my creative journal and behind-the-scenes space. I’ll be sharing:

  • Works-in-progress and finished card art

  • The symbolism and stories behind each card

  • Reflections on the creative process

  • Rituals, spreads, and intuitive practices I use along the way

If you feel drawn to this journey, I’d love for you to follow along—and even more, to join my email list [link] for sneak peeks and free resources made just for you.
